I'm here for 5 weeks, I'm unemployed, just got back from training in Brazil and not sure if I'll sign up at a gym for a month or not.

Jon Helton and Jeremy Arel are in Charlotte. Worth the drive IMO. Jeremy is an amazing instructor.

Not sure where I'll end up, next stop is Back home to S.F. then Philly then wherever she gets a job.

The Gerbil is pretty awesome and I'll probably try to make it to Charlotte at some point anyways, if only to check the area out.

Mainly not really here long enough to get a job, no car and I blew most of my money on Brazil so I can't drop the rest on signing up to train somewhere for a month, and I need a break from the gi. I was holding on to the hopes that there was a want to be hotbox or some other club I could jump in on temporarily.

There is this one tactical kung fu school though nearby, they even have an actual BJJ blackbelt. It might be fun if only to get to say I trained tactical kung fu.

Damn dude I was stationed out there forever in Jacksonville NC at Camp Lejeune. I am out now as of last May and back in the Bay, but that would have been fun to bring you in for a seminar, sorry I wish I could been out there to help you out more.
