I liked the rolling on the shoulder to get the heel from underneath, nice detail

Hi, this is Ryron Gracie. Kevin Casey actually beat Keenan at Metamoris. Kevin tapped out early to avoid a serious injury to his leg. He showed "defensive dominance" and was successful in avoiding injury. Therefore, Kevin won the match. Sorry Keenan. Don't be a sore loser.

It's really more of a stalling technique and it doesn't pass the Helio-Filter because not everyone has legs.

I'm not huge 50/50 guy, but in the Gi I like to use it to get back to a safe spot after someone is passing, or almost passing, than work from there, not stalling, you can get back takes and leg drags from there

In No Gi is leads to a lot of finishes with the inverted heel hook, much harder to stall No Gi

5050 in nogi allows for a lot of interesting submission and transition opportunities. It's great for the inverted heel hook, taking the back, passing with the leg drag, darce chokes, armbars, toe holds, straight fotlocks, inverted armlocks, kimuras, , transitioning to the berimbolo. The 5050 when heel hooks are allowed is really a fun game.
