We train at nextgen mma in west deptford. We do a ton of 10p techniques of you wanna drill or roll. Also there is a 10p school in bethlehem but that may be a bit of a hike? Where do you train now? Daddis?

I train at Advanced in New Brunswick, Ive been training in the system for two and a half years now so if you wanna come train let me know . That being said if I was you Id go hit up Bethlehem Zach and Jon, they really have a deep understanding of the system and have a great team. Ive also heard great stuff about VJ and Gabby at nextgen, so just start showing up gyms and meeting everyone.

cmon dawg - we puttin in work on the east coast. I used to drive an hour and a half just to go rep at a hot box in philly. I got a bunch of guys who drive over an hour to come and train with us.
