First, I gotta give props to Jeremy Horn. That dude is a fuckin legend. He just got his 90th win in MMA the other night. If youre an MMA fan and you don't love Jeremy Horn, youre wrong. That guy is super knowledgeable and one of the nicest dudes ever. Jeremy uses the lockdown briefly in this fight to sweep. Hope this helps Alder....

I've just discovered the magic bullet to make lockdown the most popular technique in MMA. Call it the 'scorpion lock'!
I can't comment on the advice in the video but I know scorpions are pretty bad ass.
