i have learned to embrace the suck.cardio and gpp and s&c have to become like a new martial art/style that has to be learned, or failure is going to be there waiting. i have serious lift days and inbetween is plyo cardio everything, then mixed in with both is mitts drills rolling and sparring, fridays is roadwork either track or forced marches up the mountains if you want to join those teamates you gotta work
