Found another possibility from Master Eddie in an MTS episode that I happened to be watching.
MTS19: Inverted Triangle two variations (24 minute mark)
First Variation: Right Shin is across opponents belly. You control your opponent neck with your right arm and their trice with your left arm. You must drive your left knee up forcing them to hug your shin and knee.

Pull his right tricep slightly to the left with your left arm to give you space to pull your left leg free and swing your left foot across his chest and snap your calf around the back of his neck. As you do this movement your right hand grip on the back of your opponents head switches to his right armpit. It is vital you keep downwards and inwards pressure on your opponent using a left leg curl and pull his triceps towards you. Your right leg then hooks over the instep of of your left leg and you've locked up the inverted triangle.
