Looks like an Unwinder to me! :} Isn't that what it is called?
It's the most common thing up here were I train, that and the buttocks compressor. I'd say it's pretty old school. Seems to me it's important to know how to deal with it, so I'm picking up moves here and there. Needs a lot of reps, but those moves work.
It comes up in MTS, and even in a study tape were Eddie deals with it while rolling.
And I think he shows how to do it in one episode. (the hiding the leg thing)
