I have not been on the forum for way to long! A lot has happened in last year and 2014 will be gangster as hell for us and to start things off proper i'm bringing Coach ZOG out for a leg kinking seminar you don't want to miss!! we will also be having Brandon Kelly(Undisputed strength co/crossfit Joliet) for a small Block before ZOG Takes the mat to cover proper Dynamic warm ups and body maintenance for combat athletes it will be sick info. But WAAAAAAAAIIIITTT in June we are also bringing the Darkside Lord EINSTEIN out for another sick one as well!
