Thanks guys.......it was a great opportunity for me and I totally appreciated it.

HQ has always been very special place for me and to get a shot at teaching there was an honour, especially with Josh and Grubs being there made it even better. But, to get to share a little insight with all of you around the world was just another level of perfect.
