The mystery pass from full guard or from any guard is the same really, you gotta get both arms underneath, that's always the first goal. Then you gotta get to the hip heist somehow someway. There will be bumps and bruises and steps and chaos along the way but those are the 2 goals

When I first began training I was big over under passer, then for a while now I have been a big torreando pass guy mixed in w a little leg drag. When I saw this Bernardo video (I watch him a lot bc I'm big fan of deep half) I decided to throw it into to my game and start playing double under. Besides the double under scoop up and knee to the head pass when I saw this I thought this might be interesting bc I can go traditional over under or go w/ bernardo's pass. Now I watched this episode of MTS and I am 100% dedicated to my double under passing game. Thanks for covering this in the latest episode, it helped a lot!
