I saw online that spirulina mixed with trace minerals work for increased flexibility. Do any of you guys know any hacks for increased flexibility? (such as certain veggies or vits.)
It makes sense that some foods have a better/worse effect on your overall well being, including flexibility, than others but I would have to assume the effect is pretty minimal.
