It comes down to consent and jurisdiction as far as I understand things. In America the rule of law is suppose to come by the consent of the governed. The Thirteenth Amendment to the Constitution outlawed slavery while the 14th made involuntary servitude illegal... it never said anything about voluntary servitude. If you withdraw your consent then the statutes in the public don't apply to you... only Natural Law does. You can do anything you want as long as you do no harm to another person, commit fraud or damage anothers property. Going 70 in a 55 mile/hr is not breaking the law... only statutes that apply to government agents only.
The all capital letter legal person is governed by statutes and if a police officer, judge or other government public servant can create joinder between you and your legal person then they take you out of Inherent Jurisdiction where you have natural rights and put you in Admiralty Jurisdiction where you have no rights and you assumed the liability of the legal person.
I'm still learning and beginning to apply these concepts in my life and would not suggest anyone try this stuff until you understand what's going on. I have a friend in LA that had a case that was never brought to court because he told the arresting officers that he did not consent. He never had to go to court, pay a fine or ticket.
