I somewhat have a problem with a 185 title eliminator being held at 205....anyone else? Even though both have and could easily drop down, its still weird.

I agree with you Mike.
As we already know the UFC is not a true sports league. Its a entertainment business.
What a freakin circus. I guess in the end I'm happy it's gonna be an entertaining bout, but the drama surrounding it is unnecessary. Especially fighting at 205 for a 185 title shot. I really hope this is just the rumor mill spinning out of control.
Rich Franklin has taken up an executive position with ONE FC based in Singapore (officially announced today). Whilst he's still a UFC contracted fighter the chances of him fighting again would be slim I'm guessing.

I believe he said he intends to fight one final fight with the UFC. I'm wondering if perhaps a Franklin vs Silva match as Silva's comeback may be what is on the cards. Franklin recently said he still thinks he could beat him... If Franklin is ever to do it then that might be his one and only chance to do so.
'Would I fight Anderson a third time? Absolutely. Is it because I feel like I have some unfinished business? Not at all. It's just, in my mind as a champion and to have the mentality of a champion, I 100% wholeheartedly believe that I can beat Anderson in a fight, not just Anderson but anybody.'
