So I know it's pretty low percentage, and is a pretty bad set up for mma, but I think it's important to have in your back pocket.
I was also able to pull it off last night, and was pretty proud of myself, and would like to do it more, so I thought I'd share.
Basically: got double wrist control, shifted hips to perpendicular or more, used legs like a lever to sweep. Didn't even need to fully break his posture, just kinda got overwhelmed by the leverage in his armpit from my body hooking leg.
Any other pointers/details to account for?
