Well you know he's got rocks and willing to use them. Might sound goofy at first, but blunt objects to the head are the #1 murder weapon. Throughout human history and even today. How many stories/tales/lore involve murders with rocks the head? Tons, every culture and religion has them. Don't be come a "prideful man loses life over shiny object" proverb in 2,300 years.. Lol

First instinct after watching the video would be to beat him mercilessly. After calming down I would stop the car and calmly ask him if he carried really good car insurance and if he didn't, after calling the police I would then beat him mercilessly and tell the cops he threatened me with another rock.
