So, it's recently come to my attention that many people are excited about 10th Planet technique but get hung up on the technique names. Folks that have no trouble saying "scarf hold" and get downright excited when someone says Kesa gatame balk at "electric chair."
To help some of the more traditional BJJ practitioners in the coming transition, I have used Google Translate to translate a few of our move names to Japanese. I humbly suggest that shouting out the movement names in Japanese as you execute each maneuver will only amplify the effect.
