For all ronins attending non-10P schools, what are your warm ups like? Are they always the same?
At my gym the warm ups are usually:
Occasionally we'll do something totally different like really light rolling or playing soccer (with light takedowns allowed).
I didn't much care for the gymnastic stuff at first but I'm much better at granbys, rolls and sit outs now so I can see a positive effect. I think I like the idea of the 10P method of smashing out extra drills of the basics to warm up best though.
Is it a similar story at other gyms? Thanks for your input.

- a few minutes of running + variations (high knees, kick backs etc.)
- shrimps, rolls, crawls, cartwheels, other gymnastic/jiu-jitsu relevant movements
