What happened?
I was working some bottom sprawl control escape drills, went for a reverse cradle sitout followed by a guard pull when it didn't work. Very loud pop on the right of my sternum when sprawled hard with the over/under still intact. Sucks I can't roll, but to add to it seems like I can't find any exercises to do that don't put stress on ribs. Stupid core muscles.
