I find that Electric Chair is highest percentage, but I very much like Dogfight: Back Take.

dog fight and electric chair are amazing when put together. one of eddies mts episodes from his england tour goes through it. go for the dog fight and when they react to that, go with them and get the electric chair. if they dont react to it you get the dog fight and baam away you go. put work in to these two things and before you know it, youll be killing with it.
the mechanic sweep is super important as well becuase that will be a big help in defending the opponents attacks. good luck
