Well I'm out of the competition scene for at least a month again. Last time I went out 2 months ago for a left torn hamstring.Now I'm out again for a right torn hamstring.This freaking sucks ass.Well out of all this crap I did place 2nd in the advanced division 205+.I was dominating the Absolute 170+ division until I blew my hamstring out taking the back of a guy that weighed 320 lbs.I sunk both hooks, seat belted and pulled back and POP!!!!!So I couldn't continue and was disqualified. Can anyone give me some advice on how to strengthen my hamstrings up so they won't keep blowing out?Thanks . I'll post the vids up as soon as I can.
