    Just keep swimming

    Some things are so simple once a small but usually critical step is revealed. I've been hitting Swim Move to Spider Web a lot lately in training and loosing it right at the end... not any more. Less drowning, more swimming.

    Yea, I find if my leg isn't all the way across the hips, and if I'm not folding the head under properly, I get stuck in an upside down arm bar position. I still Terry and finish it from there though, or transition to reverse spider web.
