I'm just curious about different peoples training methods. I mean the type of training and study you do OUT of the gym. I have a notebook where I write down different things I liked from class AND techniques I've seen online that I want to try out. If its a youtube clip I'm looking at and I don't have my notebook around, I'll take a quick video of it on my phone to look at later. I'm also lucky because my sisters boyfriend trains jiu jitsu with me and he loves 10th Planet too so if either of us finds a technique we want to try out we'll just try it out in the house or set up mats, stick mastering the system on the TV or go up to the gym a bit early and try some stuff out! I also contribute my decent rear naked defense to "Couch jitsu" which usually happens while watching TV with some other guys from the gym who will sneak up on you every chance they get to try get that choke, haha!
