I have seen this scenario before.... And it was a Japanese fighter who kissed his opponent on the lips when the ref had them touch up. He instantly threw a right hook and KTFO!!! Guess you may want to think about who's head you're trying to get into and how you try to make them lose their cool..... Some go waaayyyy overboard!
