Nice. Jumping on the band wagon. I was just messing around with this pass last week. Knowing there's an attack there makes it even more fun. Feel free to share anything else. You know how I love YouTube instructionals.

I'm sure it'll be on upcoming videos and I wish I could link stuff off the Mendes Bros site but there's a sick series loop that Rafa Mendes shows where you can go to over and over from here. If the anaconda doesn't work, or if you don't feel like doing it, just go back to the guillotine grip, pop to your knees, and shoot eh darce. If that isn't working, go back to the guillotine grip, fall back on your hip, and go anaconda again. If you don't like this then you can always switch to a Marcelotine or mount with the arm-in guillotine since you already have the grip.

Oh absolutely. Rader has a whole series on his newest dvd on the rolling guilltoine. It all flows together nicely.

Nice I can see the general concept of 5o grip to jumping for a sub carrying over to other situations. Good stuff.

Considering the rolling anaconda is one of my go-to moves and I also use leg drags much more often than arm drags, I am certain that you were thinking of me when you came up with this.
    So I thank you.

Can't wait to see the video!

People don't defend it. They feel safe because, at least from that leg drag position, their legs are still in the way. I go for baratoplatas, mounted guillotines, reverse arm triangles, darces. Also if they really don't let you get that 5-0 grip you can go right after the legs.
