My objective in the arm crush, is to separate your elbow. If your new arm condition will allow that to happen with no pain or loss of mobility, I will believe you.
An armbar that comes on too quick to tap......hmmm...I lay mine on with no mercy and have never hurt anyone. Even in competition when I might have to break one. Arm crushes are no joke man, you should definitely tap. Period.
Be one with yourself and know you can do anything when you are friends with yourself.
