Tomorrow morning I'm competing for the first time in a few months and I'm feeling ready physically as well as mentally, cool, calm and collected. The past few months, I feel like a lot more has just clicked with me in jiu jitsu, a few small but important things I didn't notice, I've been feeling strong for the past few days, doing well in training and went all out beast mode in a shark tank
Anyway, what kind of stuff do you like to do before each competition or after? I decided to treat myself today after I finished work early and I got a deep tissue massage and I'm feeling fan-the fuck-tastic. I'll be rocking that gorgeous 10th planet gear, feeling like a god damn super hero and will be recording all of our fight teams rolls. Also hopefully some belt promotions afterwards for a few guys I think definitely deserve it!
