10PJJ Seminar in Richmond this past weekend

This past weekend we gave yet another workshop/seminar on the warm-ups. This focused on all the new additions and tweaks that aren't on the youtube videos, yet. It was a great chance for everyone to work on the very important details of the warm ups and making sure they have them mastered which is a REQUIREMENT from the Master himself to be promoted to blue belt!! We then finished off with attacks from Homie Control since several of the warm ups end with double underhooks full guard. Great times! Thanks to all those who came out! Good time! Coach Scott always puts on an awesome class and always leaves me better then when I walked in. If you've never made it to the Richmond moon i highly advise it. Their moon has great atmosphere and nothing but cool people. Til next time!
