you dont understand, I think within 21 feet is the general rule that a guy with a knife will stab you faster than you can draw your weapon. But then again these guys had weapons drawn and should have never taken their aim off for 1 second. I seen a video a couple years back where a guy had a knife with like 10 cops all walking around him, as soon as he flinched, they shot him. I thought it was kinda fucked up, but here just goes to show you why they did shoot so quickly.

depends on the gun, and the person really.I'd rather have a gun myself, just cause I'm not trained with a knife at all. I have decent marksmanship with handguns, and I know how to really use one. So MAYBE, I could get a shot off on one of these guys. But I think at least half of the time I would end up getting stabbed. Not mention just cause you have gun doesn't mean your going to hit the target. If somebody gets REAL close to you with a knife and you have a gun, you're pretty much fucked. You'd have to shoot at all kinds of weird angles and what not.

but no one say that your going to have a gun fight like in the wild west days, so more often then not you going to get in the fight up close where the knife has an advantage.

I don't know how many people clicked my original link. It showed a guy with a knife that stabbed 3 or 4 cops who were carrying machine guns. Insane.
