Definitely recommend anyone who doesn't do this to start doing so immediately, knees are feeling great and my lower back is feeling better as well and that's just the squat routine, as for weights I've stopped them for the most part besides still doing front squats and the occasional bench, been focusing on a lot more movement training and the effects it's had on me in 3 short weeks is outstanding, always a lot looser in the mornings and not stiff, I feel like in moving better at Jiu-Jitsu and I'm starting to do things that I never thought I could before, I couldn't even do a cartwheel when I started lol...incorporate movement training ASAP the benefits are phenomenal
