Trying to get as much footage as possible to study, this was just a roll I had at the end of class earlier and I was trying to work on keeping control during transitions. The pause after I get the triangle the first time was to talk the guy through an escape I like to use because I keep catching him in triangles and the better his escapes get, the better him and the rest of the team get!
