I'll be 47 on August 22 and yes I am getting more flexible. I do an hour of yoga 4 or 5 days a week and atleast 20 min of stretching the other days. It's just like lifting weights in the since you are not going to bench press 300 lbs the first time you bench press. You might only do 150lbs, than the next week 160lbs then the next week 170lbs. Flexability is the same thing. Small gains that add up over time.
