So as far as I understand now, you push with the palm of your choking hand against the bicep of your supporting arm to tighten the choking forearm against the neck, is that it mechanically? as far as trying it here in the air, i see that moving the supporting elbow towards the neck while changing the angle of your choking wrist allows that little extra space removal, am I getting this correctly?
