I'm a big fan of the wedge. I love the control it gives. I just love reaping in general. Everytime I get a chance I reap. Lately I've been attacking heel hooks from top z guard. But I'd really like to attack without rolling more. So I thought about it and figured that a great entrance to the wedge would be from butterfly guard. Any pointers?

Coach Zog, you have been Johnny on the spot my past three posts in regards to my technique questions, and everything has been money so far. Thank you kindly. I've only been able to watch the first video so far, but I can't wait to try that entry AND start getting that knee knot in there. Hug the knee!

I need to find more time to watch your videos. My brain gets oversaturated between working all day, training, and studying more jiu jitsu. However, since our short time together this spring I have really focused on hugging the knee and it has drastically improved my leg lock control.
