I have the book Choque and his other book Jiu Jitsu in the Hot Zone. I have just started Choque, but JJ in the HZ was a pretty good read. It's about his 11 yr journey to bjj black belt while living in Brazil. Deals a lot with all of the drama between different camps.

Ponder how well the front kick and round kick defence would work. I would suggest maybe there were freakishly good strikers with take down defence alive in the world long before Sakuraba came along.
