Hi, I'm from London. I've had a couple of privates and will be doing regular group classes soon. I'm looking to put into practice some of the stuff I've seen on the MTS series: Mongolian Bowties, Dogfish, Ham toasties... ya know, that kinda thing. -

haha thanks JC, appreciate it. but your right, im not a fan of London really. although it would be nice to have some way to train 10th Planet down south, i doubt i'd ever be able to travel that far north for training.
