So my patellar tendon has been sore lately, and I initially attributed it towards improper use of rubber guard. So naturally I stopped my rg use to try and increase flexibility. But last night I noticed that my knee was actually hurting during my use of lockdown. Now let me just clarify, I have had a knee injury in my other leg, so I know what knee pain is lol. This is an extremely mild case. But I also know that it's not to be overlooked.
I'm extremely tenacious with my lockdown and refuse to give up on it on any terms other than my own. And have developed a habit of "sticky legs", in that I catch lockdown from a lot of unusual angles.
I'm just wondering if anyone else has had this problem and what you did to fix it.
