    Double Underhook Pushback Sweep



    Here's a sweep I learned from Gerald Strebendt and have been using pretty successfully.

    Really simple and basic, but i really like it. If they base with their legs, gives the easy full guard.

    Exactly If they base with their legs, you can also turn it into a body lock takedown. Really a powerful sweep/reversal.
