Looked like the guy getting kicked was in two points of contact with the ground to me, but the ref might have been counting the trapped arm?

It should be legal, only 2 points (both feet) on the mat when hes getting heelkicked.

    Very impressive guard, too!

Should be legal because he was standing on 2 feet, unless you count the third point of contact to be when the top guys puts his knee down on McInnnes's chest.

Looked to me like he was just trying to adjust his foot and the guy kept putting his head in the way

If it were up to me, I would deem it legal but watch the hands very closely. He had gripped his hands together and they were both off the ground though when he was hitting him. Feet were the only part of the guy that was touching the mat. I think the ref made a mistake, but its understandable at the same time because that is so uncommon. Not sure you could do that from almost any other position.

What a BS interruption that was legal and fucking badass...terrible on the part of that ref...sucks because he prolly would have KO'ed or TKO'ed him from there and it would have been epic.
