Hi,
I often get to knee on belly then spin for an arm bar but I end up with 1 leg over the head and the other shin stuck by the guys ribs with my foot on the floor.
This is ok for a traditional arm bar but I'd really like to get to full spiderweb to give me the full range of options and optimal control.
Can anyone help?
