Hello all it's been a long time since I've checked in. Very excited to be seeing some progress on the mat flexibility and mobility have improved a bunch in the last couple months.
I've been at this for about 14 months and will be competing in my forth MMA event this upcoming Saturday. Good things are happening at The Clare Hot Box! I appreciate the support of my team, coach and the 10th Planet Family.
