I am new to using rubber guard especially when I'm learning only from videos and the book, so I am finding some difficulties with me technique. When I get into mission control I find that most of my opponents/teammates crush/pressure my right leg and at times it gets caught in between there legs making it extremely difficult to move or adjust my position. Can any of you please help point me in the right direction as to what technique I should study for when this occurs? Most of my teammates I roll with are a lot heavier than me so I find it difficult to just pull my leg out from under or between them causing them to pass my guard. Any and all advice and criticism will be helpful.
