We were repping it in class today and I wanted to watch a video on it so I can break it down while it's still fresh in my mind, but I can't find one on the youtubes.

Also what are some other options that people like for when a guy just hunkers down in mission control? I have really short legs so the pump is hard for me.

Meat Hook to Pyramid, then hitting the pop-triangle is one option I like to use. Otherwise, if you can't zombie and ur pump sux(develop that pump man, it will save ur ass), then the Duda is the next best option. Need to get a 1/2 zombie going first, what would that be....just a cadaver maybe, since it's not animated? So anywho, Cadaver the arm, mini flying kung-fu, figure 4 the legs, shin under chin, thumb facing in, squeeze the thighs 2gether while pulling in on the Dudaing arm and lift ur hips. If ur high enough u should be able to visualize all that. I'm sure Ian can find one, but you must feed him small children and answer his 3 riddles, so good luck with that.

I also like to setup the Duda off the Reverse Kimura, but here's a neat option for when you can't get the hand to the mat.

I like to set it up and then roll...finish with the guy on his back and you are on top with the cutter...less options for him to escape

Kevin; is that where you end up positioned on top facing away from him? As in, you set it up, then swim move to roll him to his back and you're kind of hunched down applying the pressure?

You got it! I dont remember the last time I tried to finish without the roll. I do the same thing with the Carni...I roll more then half the time and finish on top
