Looking for a little help guys, I know it's probably been said before, somewhere in the millions of threads ha, but im looking for some tips on developing a good squeeze.
When I establish, MC or NY it's really easy for the person to push my knee to the floor, although I usaully transition to the jiu claw, omo or imonari fairly easy from this postion,
I can't help thinking it shouldn't be this easy to push my knee and attempt a pass, is it my squeeze? I'd like to hang out in rubber guard and try to work something else
