It feels a lot less painful that's for sure. I describe it like your head is a water balloon that's getting filled up with a garden hose. There's a lot of pressure and you can feel yourself going out but there's a lot less pain in the neck.

Video is private. When you say trapped arm on bottom, do you mean for the 2nd choke? The arm-in RNC/arm triangle from the back? You're saying you like to lie on the side of their trapped arm?
