Apollo choke???

Had a question awhile back about having someone turn perpendicular to me while I had the lockdown in and getting flattened on my back, someone suggested the Apollo Choke, but I can not find anything on this.... Is this just the arm triangle from bottom?????

It's an arm triangle from the bottom, the lockdown is crucial.

Does the MTS just show it or break it down, If not can someone do a detailed quick video. I get there alot but not sure if im just not strong enough to sink it in or what i'm missing i usually just use it as an opportunity to sweep.

If the choke doesn't work, it's awesome for the sweep. It also works well if you want to transition using the super stomp into the prison guard and take their back.
