I agree 100%. Scott Yockel one of my brown belts hated leg locks at first.He started drilling them because he was tired of getting tapped by them in the gym. Now he has well over 30 heel hooks and other leg lock subs in competition and is one of my top leg lockers. Your weakness can become a strength if you obsess over it enough.

That video is fucking incredible. Not only is it blowing my mind with technique, but watching Eddie sit back and observe the monster that he's created is inspiring.

Only complaint is the audio levels are low..

Zog's youtube channel should be bookmarked by all 10th planet heads. It should be book marked by anyone who loves jiu jitsu. People pay good money for this stuff and he's making is free and easily available. You're basically getting a free seminar. Hard to beat that.

That knee knot looks uber complex! I am scare!

It's really not. Even better, once you have them tangled up your finish rate with leg locks will be like 90% or better. If I'm able to get people into the knee knot, I'm able to tap guys that are better and higher ranked than me. That's how effective it is. Honestly, if I rolled with heel hooks, I feel like I would have a 98% finish rate from there. The only time I don't get the tap is if they resist the achilles and I brain fart and forget the hand pressing foot flex. Knee knot is a mf'er of a dead zone.
