Just found out my pit bull petey has a uteran infection and she just went in for emergency surgery. The cost is $1200 and with everything that's gone down for me since November (lost my job, wife shattered her ankle and couldn't work) I don't really have the funds to cover it and I know the 10P family will come to my rescue, I just don't know how to go about it.

Not wanting to be a bastard but Pet Insurance is the way forward here man, I hate seeing animals hurt and I'll contribute once your page is up and running but you can't just rely on things like this - but I also get that people hit rough patches sometimes.

Funny you say that, because I've always carried pet insurance including a $1,000,000 dollar policy in case they ever bite some one, but with losing my job and having an 18 month old daughter I had to make decisions on what I could pay. Unfortunately that and jits were first
