I loved how she was grabbing the belt in New York. And she used it to control posture while she cleared the neck to Chill Dog.

She also does crackhead and invisible collar with her weak-side leg kind of hooked under instead of over. I'm guessing it's when she can't quite fit it over the top?

I also loved her technique early when the kid did a handstand and she stayed with him, and just scooped him into her guard.

It's awesome watching her beat boys that tower over her.

HOW DO YOU COMPETE WITH ONLY A PONYTAIL??? Like seriously, it takes me 15-30 minutes to do my hair because it gets ripped out! I train with just a pony, but for competition I make sure it's tight as possible. I must say, that's pretty brave of you for sure. Not only that but you have awesome jiu jitsu too! #beast

I make her stretch everyday. This girl is not naturally flexible, it takes work for her to even be this flexible. The kid that is super flexible is Derek Rayfield at HQ. His flexibility is insane!!! The boy can dead orchard HIMSELF!!!!!

For competition, she does her hair really tight braids, but just for training its also just in pony tails. She been practicing braiding her own hair, and she is getting so good that other girls are asking her to braid their hair..LOL
