Earning the title of "Iron Balls Guy" is one of the highest honors and achievements reserved for the most dedicated and exemplary. Perhaps you can be the 1st 10th Planet Iron Balls Guy.

But yeah, Ben Eddy has a great point about strengthening a weak point. Any male on the planet who's been hit square in the balls can attest to the devastating result of that weak spot. One of Bruce Lee's favorite moves was the lead leg shuffle hook kick to the inner thigh/nuts. He logged in training that move on on each leg at least a few hundred times a week like that fanatic that he was. I just wonder what the long term damage is for training "Iron Ballsack" or "Iron Egg" as they call it.

Do you think this is making you physically more resistant to ball strikes, or is it a matter of training yourself mentally to be ok with getting your grapes crushed?

I know when you beat your arms and legs it creates micro-fractures that then heal harder and more dense, but does the same thing happen to your balls? Enough beating makes them tough and rubbery maybe? Like repeated little micro-ruptures?

horrifying... I'm not sure I want to find out.

I thought they sucked the testes up into the groin for the kicks. Not sure whats up with the pulling stuff around though. Maybe from pulling heavy stuff they develop some muscles that help pull them up or hold them or something. Just guessing
