EBI last night was way more entertaining than any Metamoris aside from watching Eddie vs Royler. The first round especially was nonstop action, transitions, and submissions. Definitely big props to Garry for most likely passing up a lucrative contract and keeping himself out there to compete wherever he wants.

I understand "it's just business" mindset, but come on. Eddie provided the best match in the history of Metamoris, despite all the pre show crap. Eddie has always supported Metamoris and Ralek. These "Gracies" always seem to be doing the wrong thing, under the guise of "helping BJJ", to really help themselves. Javi stepping up was badass. Extremely short notice and smaller than the field, and he stepped in and was competitive. That's a warrior if I've seen one.

Locking up guys at this point for grappling doesn't seem like the best move for the fans or the competitors, in bjj you can compete a lot, it's not like MMA, Metamoris doesn't even put on that many shows with that many matches to keep some of these guys busy
